When you do an import from Outlook, you might get some warning messages because the Windows and/or Outlook programs are not recognizing your antivirus program.


When Outlook suspects that there is no antivirus protection in the system, it enters a high security mode to prevent any unwanted incursions. Hence, instead of getting on with the interactions with Applicantextra, Outlook gives confirmation boxes frequently (might be once in five minutes).

Usually this is due to your antivirus program closing itself down (maybe there is an error due to the end of trial period or a newer version needs to be installed) or the program needs to be repaired or reinstalled.

After trying this, restart your PC to see if the warning messages reappear or not. If these still appear, contact your own IT Support company and convey the above message.
