UNDER OFFER (light green) – Offer for the candidates in this section is made to fill this vacancy and a decision is being awaited. A reminder is created in the Offer section of the Diary page of the consultant until the Accept Offer button has been clicked.
ACCEPTED (dark green) – Candidates here have accepted the offer and are yet to start work. A reminder is created in the Conclusion section of the Diary page of the consultant until the Show or No Show buttons have been clicked.
PLACED (dark green) – Candidates have shown up and started work with the client for this vacancy and a reminder is created in the Conclusion section of the Diary page of the consultant until the Client Satisfied button has been clicked.

Considered a declination.Client Satisfied – Click if the contact is satisfied with the performance of the candidate and the vacancy can be invoiced.Client Unsatisfied – Click if the contact is not satisfied with the performance of the candidate and rejects the candidate.Add Shortlisted Note – Click to add any notes to the shortlisting process.Send Job Details – Click to send the vacancy information to Auto Mailer.
