Just after starting Outlook or sometimes just after sending an email to Applicantextra, this information bar might be displayed saying “A problem was detected with an add-in and it has been disabled”:

 

This is a timed message and rather subtle so often it is not noticed before it disappears but if you are lucky enough to catch it try clicking on the “View Disabled Add-ins…” button shows a form with the list of add-ins as well as how each add-in impact Outlook performance:

 

Try clicking “Always enable this add-in” on the Applicantextra add-in.
