You can schedule interviews for candidates from the Shortlist tab of a Vacancy Record or a Candidate Record. The most common method is from within the vacancy.

1. Vacancy Record Method – Open a vacancy Record and go to the Shortlist tab to view the list of shortlisted candidates.

Click a candidate appearing under SHORTLISTED. You can view the candidate details in a box to the right corner of the window.

Click Request Interview to open the Interview Date window where you can select the date and time of the interview, and click Save to update the changes. All the interview schedules for the selected contact and candidate are also displayed.

2. Candidate Record Method – Open a candidate Record and go to the Shortlist tab to view the list of shortlisted vacancies.

Click a vacancy appearing under SHORTLISTED. You can view the candidate details against this vacancy in a box to the right corner of the window.

Click Interview Request to open the Interview Date window (figure shown above in Method 1) where you can select the date and time of the interview, and click Save to update the changes. All the interview schedules for the selected contact and candidate are also displayed.

 

You can select the check box Tick to add a Reminder to create a reminder for the interview and select the consultant and the date and time of the reminder (see here for setting reminders).

After scheduling the interview, the system asks for a confirmation where you need to click Yes to confirm. The Event Editor also appears where you can create this as an event and also set a reminder.

The system also prompts a message to confirm if you would like to send an interview confirmation to the candidate and contact through Auto Mailer. Click Yes if required.

Note  – Once the interview for all candidates are scheduled, the candidates/vacancies then appear under INTERVIEWING.
