The Assessment tab allows you to record details of candidate interviews and reference checks. Anything that has been gleaned from contact with the candidate could go here to help the consultant to make a decision.
Assessing Consultant – Select the name of the consultant performing the assessment.
Date – Provide the date of assessment.
Notes – Allows the assessing consultant to add notes to the record during or after an interview with the candidate. These notes should provide assistance to users in their selection of a candidate.
References – Provides the reference details and their comments (up to three references).
Candidate Profile – Consultant provides information such as abilities, experience of the candidate. This is designed to appear in Auto Mailer correspondence. Hence care should be taken as to the information provided here.
